The application form for this course can be obtained directly from the Centre for Open and Distance Learning of the University of Jaffna or through the website address www.codl.jfn.ac.lk.
Applicants are requested to submit the completed application form along with the copy of the relevant documents (Bank deposit slip, result sheets and employment letters) during office hours of Centre for Open and Distance Learning (08.30 am to 04.15 pm) directly or by registered post to the following address on or before 20.04.2025 (Late submission will not be entertained).
