Centre for Open and Distance Learning (CODL), University of Jaffna invites applications from the eligible candidates to follow the above course conducted by the Centre for Open and Distance Learning, University of Jaffna.

Instructions to submit application

2. Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Print a copy of that email and send the hard copy along with payment receipt and educational certificates should be sent to Deputy Registrar, Centre for Open and Distance Learning, University of Jaffna by registered post on or before 30.09.2026.
4. Please ensure that Certificate Course in English (Batch – VII) is clearly written on the top left – hand corner of the envelop.
