- An applicant must have passed the G.C.E A/L Examination in all three subjects in any stream in one sitting
and - Credit pass in G.C.E O/L or pass in English at G.C.E A/L .

Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email.
Print a copy of that email and send the hard copy along with payment receipt and all educational and Professional certificates should be sent to Deputy Registrar, Centre for Open and Distance Learning, University of Jaffna by registered post on or before 16.03.2026.Please ensure that Diploma in Professional English (Batch – V) is clearly written on the top left – hand corner of the envelop.
