ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Above 18 Years
  AND
• Minimum three passes in GCE A/L Examination
  OR
  At least 06 passes in GCE O/L Examination (Credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, Science, with minimum of 06 months working experience in elder care setting or in any health care setting)
  OR
  NVQF Level 3 with 06 months work experience in elder care setting or in any health care setting
