- Print a copy of that email and send the hard copy along with payment receipt and all educational and Professional certificates should be sent to Deputy Registrar, Centre for Open and Distance Learning, University of Jaffna by registered post on or before 14.08.2026.
- Please ensure that Certificate Course in Health Informatics (Batch – II) is clearly written on the top left – hand corner of the envelop.
