COURSE DESCRIPTION

The objective of the Diploma in Property Valuation is to narrow  the disparity in Comprehension and application of property valuation principles, especially within the Local Government framework. This initiative aims to enhance revenue generation and bolster Financial sustainability for Local Authorities, with a specific focus on the Northern Province.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

The program is designed for officials of the Local Development Authority of the Northern Province in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding. Students are admitted Based on recommendations from the Local Development Authority of the Northern Province. TheF MSC will assess the se recommendations and admit those who meet the SLQF requirements, subject to Senate approval.
